Job summary

Arjo Milwaukee is seeking a field service technician to provide preventative maintenance, repair, installation and servicing of medical equipment at customer sites. You will travel within the assigned territory, perform cost estimates, and support sales and service contract activities while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires physical capability, including lifting up to 75 lbs, and willingness to travel and work extended hours to meet business

Qualifications

• Provides preventative maintenance, repair services, installations, upgrades and inservicing at customer accounts.
• Assists the sales team in marketing company equipment and contributes to service contracts growth.
• Assists in assigned territory to achieve revenue goals related to company products and services.
• Complies with health and safety codes and maintains positive relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides preventative maintenance, repair services, installations, upgrades and inservicing at customer accounts.
• Assists in assigned territory to achieve revenue goals as it relates to the sale of company products and services.
• Maintains and services medical equipment according to warranties and maintenance contracts.
• Estimates repair costs and assists in regulatory investigations by providing documentation.
