Job summary

Best Beverage Equipment Service (BBES) is a field-based service provider focused on installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial beverage equipment at customer locations. Technicians dispatch from their homes, manage routes, and operate with independence and professionalism.

We train and support technicians, with a strong emphasis on electrical, plumbing-adjacent systems and mechanical aptitude. A valid driver’s license and English communication are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience repairing mechanical equipment; commercial beverage or foodservice equipment preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of small electrical appliances and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to learn plumbing connections (water sources, drainage, copper, braided, PEX).
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and mobile technology.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive dispatched service calls and installations within your territory, dispatching from home.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and determine corrective action.
• Repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment (coffee, soda fountain, frozen beverages).
• Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service, surveys, and new installations.
• Inspect and test equipment; disassemble as needed to access issues.
• Replace worn parts; realign and test after repair.
• Document all work using company mobile technology.
• Track maintenance, repairs, and parts usage in company systems.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and inventory in safe, organized condition.
• Build strong customer relationships and communicate professionally.
• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with policies.
• Occasional overtime or weekend coverage as needed.
• Work independently but with support from leadership.
