Job summary

Beverage Systems, Inc is seeking a field service technician to diagnose, restore, and repair beverage equipment across our eastern PA service area. You will install, repair and maintain equipment at customer locations, working with our dispatch team to coordinate calls throughout the day.

The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and a professional approach to customer service. Some overnight travel may be required based on business needs, with full training provided by the

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Occasional weekend availability.
• Electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Read volts, amps, ohms and continuity on multimeters.
• Some plumbing knowledge.
• Provide your own general tools; specialty tools provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs and maintenance on beverage equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and supervisor.
• Communicate with dispatcher to relay information.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderly work area; adhere to regulations.
• Cover emergency calls on weekends on a rotating basis.
