American Bath Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide repair coverage across assigned regional territories in the Northeast. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing finish-sensitive repairs, and maintaining tools, vehicles, and inventory to deliver high-quality work on time.

Candidates should be comfortable with travel, occasional overnight stays, and interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Direct bathware experience is not required; practical repair evidence is essential.
• Hands-on repair craftsmanship with preparation, tool and material selection, defect correction and final quality inspection.
• Ability to troubleshoot from symptoms to root cause and confirm resolution.
• Experience managing a mobile field-service workload with limited daily supervision.
• Strong professional customer communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose product and service issues and choose the appropriate repair path.
• Perform hands-on structural and finish repairs with approved tools and materials.
• Plan daily routes across an assigned regional territory with travel and overnight stays as needed.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, materials, and inventory to complete work reliably.
• Document each job with notes, before-and-after photos, materials used, and customer sign-off.
