AMP, headquartered in Louisville, Colorado, is hiring a Field Service Technician to be the first touchpoint for customers, performing remote and onsite repairs and preventive maintenance.

The role requires 3–5 years field service experience, ability to travel up to 30%, on-call availability, and strong problem solving. You will work from AMP HQ and on-site at customer facilities, ensuring asset value and uptime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on field service experience at customer locations or remotely.
• Strong hardware background with practical field experience.
• Experience with industrial controls (valves, sensors, actuators, control systems).
• Willingness to travel on short notice and work in the field.
• Excellent communication across levels and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite customer support and equipment repairs.
• Ensure customers maximize asset value and uptime.
• Own your portfolio of customer performance.
• Serve as primary contact for customer needs and issue resolution.
• Train customers on basic repair work and maintenance, document site visits, and report insights.
