Responsibilities

• Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or outdoor power equipment at customer or company locations.
• Uses test equipment to analyze problems and makes on‑site decisions when needed.
• Completes job notes, timesheets, and service reports with details on warranty work.
• Maintains knowledge of John Deere and competitive products and ensures accurate work orders.
