Qualifications

• Technical training or certification in equipment repair preferred.
• Mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-shop and in-field support, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing customer equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to explain ETA and work performed; offer maintenance recommendations.
• Assist CSRs with PDIs and Setups of new machines.
• Identify potential issues during service calls and recommend maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Conduct post-season and pre-season inspections and advise on recommended maintenance to keep equipment running optimally.
• Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved; support store operations and team success.
