Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical/low voltage/access control industry/HVAC or similar experience, including welding.
• Understanding of basic relay logic and electrical wiring; use of a multimeter for circuit testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service PARC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform maintenance of access control equipment and gate automation systems.
• Diagnose and resolve errors and technical problems.
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Installation of new equipment.
• Record service calls in dispatching system including time, service provided, and materials used.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety measures.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe manner.
• Maintain and develop good customer relationships.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and regulations.
• Regular and punctual attendance and flexibility.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
