Job Description:

Burroughs’ Service Technicians will install, maintain, and service multi-vendor equipment at customer locations in response to service calls within SLA periods. Equipment includes banking and cash automation devices, self-service kiosks, and other OEM devices. Candidates should have integrity, excellent customer service skills, technical aptitude, and team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service cash automation equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Maintain tools and inventory securely and accurately

Minimum Requirements:

• Interest or aptitude in electronics and electro-mechanical repair
• Positive attitude and customer service passion
• Integrity and business ethics
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Self-motivated and organized
• Good communication skills
• High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred)
• At least 21 years old
• Valid US driver’s license
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
• Experience with multi-vendor ATMs is a plus

Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $33.00 depending on experience.
