Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair Crown and other lift trucks, perform scheduled maintenance, and manage service van inventory. You will document each service and ensure customer satisfaction on every visit.

Ideal candidates have less than 2 years related experience, a High School Diploma, and a valid driver's license. Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and the ability to read schematics are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes; able to read schematics.
• Experience with lift trucks and associated service tools is a plus.

• Perform assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks
• Maintain a service van and its inventory
• Process paperwork after completing each job

Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• No temporary visa or current/future work sponsorship requirement
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
• Familiarity with common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and testing equipment
• Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through
