Job summary

Cross Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician based in Raleigh, NC to calibrate and repair customer industrial scales. You will operate in the field, often independently, ensuring accurate calibrations and timely data entry into calibration software.

The role requires a strong mechanical/electronic background, a valid driver’s license, and a customer‑focused mindset. Overtime, weekend hours, and local travel are expected, with full‑time employment and benefits after probation.”

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history required.
• Welding and/or Concrete knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• 2 Year Technical Degree preferred but not required.

• Performance driven and customer focused.
• Local travel, occasional overnights required.

Job Summary:

Scale Service Technicians - Level I work mostly on their own in the field to calibrate and / or repair customer’s industrial scales. Candidates must have strong computer skills, be in good physical condition, enjoy solving technical problems and being part of a team. Upon completion of calibration, the service tech enters data into calibration software and creates a Certificate of Calibration for the customer. They work some overtime and weekend hours.

Essential Functions:

Maintenance, calibration and / or repair of Industrial Scales
