Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is partnering with an established automation technology manufacturer to add a Field Service Technician to its US team, Raleigh-based with customer-site travel. The role covers installation, commissioning, maintenance of advanced automation equipment across manufacturing environments.

You will diagnose electrical/mechanical faults, support FAT/SAT, and train customers on-site while collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in field service, industrial maintenance or automation.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, industrial controls or automated machinery.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Customer-facing experience and willingness to travel.

We're partnering with an established, international automation technology manufacturer looking to add a Field Service Technician to its growing US team.

This is a hands-on technical role, supporting the installation, commissioning and maintenance of advanced automation, inspection and machine vision equipment across manufacturing environments.

The Role

• Install, commission and troubleshoot automated machinery and inspection systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software-related faults.

What We're Looking For?

• 3+ years' experience in field service, industrial maintenance or automation.
