Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an on-site Field Support Specialist in New Jersey. The role requires 2+ years of Field Support Services or Desktop Support experience and hands-on support for workstations and end-user devices.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage assets and inventory, document service activities, and collaborate with cross-functional support teams. The position includes an on-call rotation and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience providing on-site technical support for end-user devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Experience: 2+ years of Field Support Services / Desktop Support experience

This is a fully on-site position

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to HCL policies:
