Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in Atlanta, GA is seeking an on-site Field Support/Desktop Support specialist with 2+ years of experience to install, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations and end-user devices.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage assets and inventory, and collaborate with global support teams. This fully on-site role includes a comprehensive benefits package and participation in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Field Support Services or Desktop Support.
• Experience with on-site installations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong documentation skills for service records.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve end-user issues.

Minimum Experience: 2+ years of Field Support Services / Desktop Support experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support, installation, and troubleshooting for workstations and other end-user devices
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Provide end-user support and maintain service documentation
• Manage assets, tools, and inventory
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve end-user issues
• Participate in the FSO on-call rotation

This is a fully on-site position

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to HCL policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to HCL policies:
