Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (IOS) is seeking a Field Service Technician for on-site work in Naples, FL. You will install, service, and repair commercial doors, frames, and hardware, ensuring safe, code-compliant operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field service for doors and hardware, strong blueprint reading, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. OSHA 10 and automatics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in field service for commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred
  • AADM for automatics preferred
  • Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Must be able to keep client and company matters and information strictly confidential.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial doors, frames, and hardware on-site.
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic commercial door systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conducting site inspections to assess installation and repair needs.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Adhering to safety standards and company policies during service activities.
  • Documenting service activities and preparing reports.
  • Providing training and guidance to junior technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
