Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Medford, OR office. You will troubleshoot and repair office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines, while delivering high-quality technical support to a broad customer base.

You’ll communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction, develop corrective options, and manage time/resources across the assigned territory, with opportunities for career progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical mindset.

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team at our office in Medford, OR.

If you are a problem solver who is detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking, we want to talk to you! We are looking for experienced technicians but are willing to train the right person for entry-level roles too.
