A leading technology services provider in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract. Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations to repair and troubleshoot PCs, working primarily with Dell products. A+ Certification is mandatory, along with experience in break/fix. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent service and involves extensive driving. Ideal candidates should possess a professional communication style and be ready for overtime work. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification is mandatory (training/expired status accepted).
• Good experience working on laptops and desktops is mandatory.
• Good experience with break/fix is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various customer locations to repair and troubleshoot computers.
• Work primarily with Dell products and maintain professional communication.
• Prepare for extensive travel and overtime work.
• Work with Dell products; prior Dell experience is a plus.
• Maintain professional appearance and communication with customers.
• Be prepared for overtime work and extensive driving (about 300 miles/week).

Location: Little Rock, AR (We hire for many locations in the US).

Type of Job: Long term Contract / Contract to permanent.

Job Role / Duties

• Drive to various customer locations from the pickup parts location mentioned in the job.
• Visit both business offices and houses to repair, troubleshoot, and break‑fix Computers / Desktops / Laptops / Printers.
• Use your own car to travel for services.
• Work primarily with Dell products (previous experience is a plus).
• Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup parts location.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Be ready for overtime work and extensive driving (300 miles per week).

Required Skills

• A+ Certification is mandatory (training/expired status is also accepted).
