In this role, no day will be the same. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment while delivering top-notch service to our customers. You'll work alongside some of the best technicians in the industry, utilizing the latest technology tools and equipment. Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Perform service, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical equipment.
• Work safely alone and as part of a team, adhering to all safety standards and procedures.
• Assist teammates to accomplish mutual goals, contributing to a strong team environment.
• Inspect and test various electro-mechanical equipment.
• Perform electrical tests using portable electronic equipment such as Megger, PdMA MCE, Multimeter, and DLRO.
• Install/remove AC and DC electric motors, laser alignment equipment, and read precision measuring tools like micrometers. Replace bearings, set seals, adjust air gaps, and torque components to specifications.
• Clean electro-mechanical equipment using bead blasting, ice blasting, and solvent cleaning methods.
• Maintain a professional environment with excellent customer-facing skills.
• Complete work in compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Experience with PdMA testing preferred.
• Level I Vibration Analysis preferred.
• At least 2 years of AC/DC motor experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and apply analytical problem-solving skills.
• Team player with strong customer focus and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends, and to be on call.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and percentages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally and overnight.
