Job summary

ETW Energy is seeking a Field Service Technician to keep customers' systems producing at their best. You will be the calm, capable face of ETW at the customer's home—diagnosing production issues, servicing equipment, and making it right.

This safety-first, customer-facing role requires a clean diagnosis and a repair done right the first time, with on-site duties across residential sites.

Qualifications

• Electrical and/or solar troubleshooting experience.
• Comfortable with monitoring platforms and diagnostic tools.
• Strong customer-facing demeanor representing ETW at the door.
• Safety advocate who works safely and reports issues.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs with assistance) and work on rooftops of varying pitch in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a safety-first job site and wear PPE on every visit.
• Troubleshoot production drops and system faults on site.
• Diagnose and service inverters, batteries, monitoring, and related equipment.
• Complete warranty and repair work to ETW quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document each visit accurately.
• Keep an orderly work area and leave every home better than you found it.
