Job summary

ETW Energy is seeking an experienced Crew Foreman to lead solar installation crews and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site. You will serve as the technical expert, ensuring code and OSHA compliance while coordinating with electricians and on-site customers.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, conducting safety training, and overseeing installation of solar arrays, electrical systems, and battery equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of solar experience and 2 years of construction experience.
• Experience leading crews of 3–5
• Able to perform all duties of the Installer and Lead Installer
• Experience with electrical work involving wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC; electrical license preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications, maintained during employment
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards for solar installations
• Able to lift 50 lbs frequently (up to 100 lbs with assistance) and work on rooftops of varying pitch in all weather conditions

The Foreman is the technical expert on site — providing safety-first leadership to the crew, ensuring every project meets applicable code and OSHA standards, owning 100% site safety, reviewing quality, and serving as the main point of contact for the customer.
