The position requires traveling to job sites, using tablets or mobile devices for documentation, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices for documentation.
• Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Industry certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites with the proper equipment and supplies.
• Perform restoration tasks related to water, fire, smoke, and mold damage, including extraction, demolition, light construction, and contents handling.
• Monitor drying progress and make adjustments as needed; maintain job quality, safety standards, and productivity.
• Communicate processes, timelines, and next steps to customers in a professional manner.
• Document job progress with notes, photos, and records using mobile devices.
• Inspect completed work, obtain customer approvals, and assist with payment collection when required.
• Properly use, maintain, and report issues with tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Communicate daily job updates, issues, and customer concerns with supervisors.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, and work in physically demanding conditions
• Work may take place indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures
• Must be able to safely wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators
