Masiello Employment Services is seeking a Field Service Technician located about 20 minutes outside Keene, NH. The role involves traveling to customer sites to install, demonstrate, train, and repair systems while building strong relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in field service, engineering or trades background, and are self-starters who can plan daily work. Travel nationwide and internationally is required; a valid passport is needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a field service or hands-on technical role
• Secondary schooling in engineering or trades preferred
• Self-starter who can plan and organize daily work schedule independently
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Willing to travel 25-50%, both domestically and internationally; passport required

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations to introduce and maintain company products and services with existing and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare and present service quotes and/or preventative maintenance plans to customers
• Install and set up systems at customer sites; provide field demonstration, training, preventative maintenance, and repair services
• Interface with key internal teams to meet customer requirements
• Other tasks as assigned
