Job summary

Purple Drive Technologies is seeking a field service engineer to install, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS, PDU, and battery systems at customer sites. You will provide on-site and remote support, with focus on 2–120 KVA systems and strict adherence to safety procedures.

You will complete service reports, track inventory, and ensure timely customer responses while coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• ASEET/AMEET certification or equivalent training preferred.
• 4+ years military technical experience OR 2+ years industry experience.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and test equipment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and service software.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities
