A well-established material handling company is looking for a career-minded field service technician. We will consider all experience levels and provide training. Reporting to the Service Manager, the technician will be responsible for repairing material handling equipment at various customer locations, recommending needed services, assisting with estimates, and providing excellent services while managing the service vehicle and parts inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer satisfaction.
• Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Perform repairs on material handling equipment with minimum supervision and rework.
• Communicate required information to parts, sales, and service teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Submit required documents timely and legibly.
• Maintain personal and company tools, vehicles, and all company property.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
