Job summary

Orion Talent is seeking a Field Service Technician for packaging automation in Cincinnati, OH. You will report daily to the Cincinnati shop for bench work and dispatch regionally to keep customer equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and repairing packaging equipment and supporting customers. Travel up to 50% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Industrial Maintenance, electro-mechanical repair, or automated machinery troubleshooting.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.

• Shop Duties: Report daily to Cincinnati facility for pre-delivery testing, bench repairs, and technical support when not deployed.
• Customer Support: Serve as primary technical point of contact and identify opportunities to recommend upgrades/solutions.
• Reporting: Complete accurate field service reports and documentation using MS Office/Excel.

Love troubleshooting machinery and working hands-on with customers? We are a premier packaging automation company looking for a Field Service Technician based out of our Cincinnati shop. You'll report to the shop daily for bench repairs, prep work, and dispatch regionally to keep critical customer equipment running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Service: Install, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment (stretch wrappers, case sealers, labeling machines, shrink tunnels, etc.).
• Shop Duties: Report daily to the local Cincinnati facility for pre-delivery testing, bench repairs, and technical support when not deployed.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record/insurance.
