CyberCoders is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair automated equipment at customer sites across the region. This role offers high autonomy and regular regional travel with a home-based schedule.

You will support production environments, build strong customer relationships, and ensure equipment uptime while handling service reports and training customers. Competitive salary ($80k-$100k+), OT, commission, and a $20k+ first-year guarantee accompany local travel

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience with industrial equipment, packaging equipment, or automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, demonstrate, maintain, and repair marking, coding, and labeling equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment issues.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Attend technical training and company meetings as required.
• Assist with office-based responsibilities when not traveling.

Position Overview

In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated equipment at customer facilities. You will serve as a trusted technical resource, helping customers maximize equipment performance, reliability, and uptime while delivering exceptional service. This position requires regular regional travel and offers a high level of autonomy in the field.
