Job summary

DWYER INSTRUMENTS, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and support environmental data monitoring systems at healthcare facilities and research institutions. You will travel to sites, deliver on-site training, and ensure successful go-lives with Isensix's wireless monitoring system.

You will direct project resources, develop plans, and work to complete installations on time and within budget while maintaining professional customer support and clear communication.

Description:

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work with some of the nation’s most respected healthcare organizations and leading research institutions to implement systems that reduce errors, improve tracking, and automate the monitoring of environmental data. You’ll have an integral role in the installation and decision‑making processes leading up to an organization’s “go‑live” on Isensix's wireless monitoring system.The Field Service Technician is responsible for directing the project's resources, developing the project plan, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget and per best practices to ensure a quality implementation. Field Service Technicians install equipment‑monitoring devices, troubleshoot system issues, conduct onsite training and provide onsite customer support. The Field Service Technicians also plays a primary role interfacing and coordinating with customers and management.
