Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Service Technician for InnoServ to install, maintain and troubleshoot coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers and chemical dispensers for a range of customers, primarily serving Chattanooga and surrounding areas.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some on-call evenings, weekly pay, a company van, tools provided, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401(k) match and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Position Summary

As a Service Technician for InnoServ you will be the trusted expert that provides installation, preventative maintenance and measures performance of coffee machines, juice machines, dishwashers, and chemical dispensing machines for a variety of customers including national accounts, healthcare, college and university, hospitality and large independent food service operators. ***The selected candidate will primarily service Chattanooga, TN, and surrounding areas, including North Georgia and the Winchester, TN, area. The ideal candidate resides in the Chattanooga, TN/North Georgia area ***

Pay

Pay: Starting at $52,748/year ($25.36/hour) + incentives, with the opportunity to start at a higher rate based on experience and qualifications.

• Weekend rotation/on call incentives
• Quarterly incentive based on performance (up to $500 a quarter)

When you will work

Monday - Friday between the hours of 7AM - 6PM, however this position requires flexibility to provide exceptional customer service. This includes a weekend rotation and on call evenings.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Clean driving record (we will run an MVR).
• Successfully pass the drug screen, motor vehicle report (MVR) and background check requirements (criminal background check – we do not check your credit score).
• Two years previous customer service or equipment repair experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Mechanical Aptitude - electrical, plumbing, health and sanitation codes.
• Ability to correctly interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting of machines.
