Job summary

ID Technology LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks a customer-focused Field Service Technician to install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking and labeling equipment. You’ll develop reports and attend trainings while traveling up to 60% of the time. A dependable vehicle, Real ID or passport, and PMMI certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment.

• Knowledge of industry and applications.
• PMMI certification: company provided.
• Computer literacy, especially MS Office. Syteline a plus.
• Ability to be on the road 60% of the time; including overnight trips.
• Must have dependable vehicle and good driving record; Real ID or Passport required for travel.
• Strong technical, communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve personal professional growth.

ID Technology is seeking a customer-focused, mechanically inclined individual for a Field Service Technician opportunity in our South East region. Someone located in or near the Charlotte, NC area would be well-situated for the role. Our Field Service Technicians contribute to the success of the company and our customers through technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure superior service.

In this role you will
