ProMach, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform in-field installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of packaging equipment. You will diagnose system issues, connect to PLCs, and adjust HMIs and servo controls under direction from the Controls Engineer.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Required 5+ years in field service or related experience with conveyor and packaging systems.

As a Field Service Technician, you should be a self- starter who delivers the desired customer service experience to our customers while in the field while completing job tasks such as installation of equipment, audits of equipment, and troubleshooting system issues. • 5+ yrs experience
• Service Conveyor and machinery PLC’s – Allen Bradley, HMI and Servos
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams and panel layouts (AutoCAD)
• Industrial automation and controls system
• Excellent problem solving and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong Customer Service/Interface experience

Base Hourly Rate: $32.00 - $40.00
