We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Field Service Technician to join our team. This position is specifically for the overnight shift, Monday through Friday, and is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during off-hours.

In this role, you will provide on-site technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in maintaining high service standards and contributing to a seamless technology experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical support and troubleshooting during overnight hours
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
• Collaborate with the service desk and escalate complex issues as needed
• Perform system updates, patches, and preventative maintenance
• Document service activities, resolutions, and customer interactions
• Provide user training on hardware, software, and network tools
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Field Service Technician or similar IT support role
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently overnight
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations
  
  

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
