Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Field Service Technicians to support a PC deployment and technology project across multiple healthcare facilities. You will install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware while providing hands-on technical support to end users throughout the deployment process.

The ideal candidate travels between sites, works in a fast-paced environment, and interacts with clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in desktop support, field services, help desk, or IT support.
• Experience installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading PC hardware.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience supporting end users in a professional environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed.
• Flexible to travel between sites.
• High School Diploma or GED; Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Experience supporting PC refresh or deployment projects.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, traveling between locations, and interacting with both clinical and administrative staff.
