ECOLAB is seeking a Field Service Representative based in Elko, NV, delivering on-site service for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection across mining-focused accounts within a 400-mile radius.

You will build trusted customer relationships, perform routine chemistry tests, log data, and support Sales in executing system assurance plans while upholding strict safety standards and driving sustainability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience in water treatment or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert service for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection.
• Provide technical support and escalate complex challenges as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote best practices.
• Ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Log data from chemistry tests and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
• Support Sales Representatives with system assurance plans in key accounts.
