Ideal candidates have 4+ years in electronics repair, UAV experience, and FAA Part 107. Strong troubleshooting, communication skills, and willingness to travel are essential for ensuring mission readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on electronics repair, diagnostics, and field support.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate required.
• Experience with UAV platforms and payloads preferred.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair UAV hardware, payloads, and related systems.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting, soldering, and rework.
• Conduct functional testing, QA inspections, and acceptance testing.
• Document repair actions and track work orders.
• Travel to customer sites to perform diagnostics and field support.
• Provide on-site training and operational guidance.
