Job summary

Teal Drones, a subsidiary of Red Cat Holdings, seeks a Quality Debug Technician in SLC, UT to support electronics repair, testing, and process improvements. You will troubleshoot circuits, calibrate test setups, and work with engineers to enhance product quality while meeting production goals.

The role requires strong soldering skills, schematic literacy, and hands-on experience with lab instruments; RF/wireless exposure is a plus. This is an on-site position in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronics technology field.
• Associate degree in Electronics preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot to the component level.
• Ability to communicate technical topics verbally and in writing.
• Experience with RF/wireless systems and lab measurements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production, testing, and engineering repair tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies to meet schedules.
• Assist with assembly of components and subassemblies.
• Setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits and assemblies.
• Use procedures and schematics to test and repair electronics.
• Log root-cause data and maintain test fixtures and equipment.
• Fully test units after repair to ensure Teal specifications.
