AMADA AMERICA, INC. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for the Kentucky region. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain Amada Stamping and Feedline equipment at customer sites, traveling extensively to ensure uptime and proper operation.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, commissioning, and providing technical training to customer employees, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Mechanical systems knowledge with hands-on experience repairing Press/Coil Feeding Systems (Feeders).
• Electrical systems expertise including troubleshooting and installation techniques.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge.
• Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting and installation techniques.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs (Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley), motors, and drives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Electronics preferred, or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of field service experience in Metal Stamping/Forming.

Responsabilités

• Complete installation and maintenance of Amada Stamping and Feedline systems.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Prepare and submit service and expense reports weekly; maintain technical documentation.
