Job summary

JDC Power Systems, LLC seeks a skilled Field Service Technician (FSR3) to support customers' field operations. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and service electrical systems, industrial controls, and related equipment at client sites to keep power systems reliable.

The role requires strong problem solving, on‑site travel, and clear communication with customers. You will diagnose transformers, switchgear, PLCs, and SCADA, support startups and commissioning, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on field service experience on power systems or industrial controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• On-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
• Work with transformers, switchgear, and PLC controls; provide system diagnostics.
• Support system startups and commissioning; document service activities.
• Maintain safety compliance and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
