Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, maintain Marel machinery at client sites and train customers. The role is fully remote with travel about 75% within the US; requires Mechatronics background, strong customer service, English proficiency, and valid passport and US driver's license.

Qualifications

Mechatronics background with troubleshooting skills.
Experience in customer-facing service delivery.
Ability to work independently in field service.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Must have or obtain a valid passport and a US driving license.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site troubleshooting, repair, installation, maintenance and customer training for Marel machinery at client sites.
Prepare for service activities, support aftercare for installations, communicate progress to customers.
Report to Field Service Manager and travel extensively within the territory.
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
