Abel Womack is seeking skilled Field Service Technicians to join our team in Worcester, MA. You will travel within a defined territory to install, maintain, repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and other automated material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensors, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems.
• Read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
• Regular communication with team, parts reps, dispatch, techs, and customers.
• Maintain professional demeanor and build positive customer relationships.
• Provide your own basic tools; company provides specialty tools.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel within territory to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges with customers.
• Grow mechanical and technical skills through ongoing training.
• Submit electronic work orders using a company tablet.
• Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and excellent customer service.
