Job summary

Qualifications

Diagnose and repair mechanical and/or electrical equipment with focus on quality and efficiency.
Experience with electrical fuel systems, sensor technology, hydraulics, PLCs, or charging systems.
Read schematics, maps, blueprints, and manuals.
Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive customer relationships by delivering excellent service.
Own basic mechanic tools; specialty tools provided by the company.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

Travel within an assigned territory to install, maintain, and repair Raymond battery-powered lift trucks and related equipment.
Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve equipment challenges.
Apply and grow mechanical and technical skills through continuous training.
Submit electronic work orders using a company-provided tablet.
Represent Abel Womack with professionalism and excellent customer service.
