Job summary

Core Laboratories in Houston is seeking a CLI Service Specialist II to install and commission manufactured instruments at customer sites, and to troubleshoot and maintain equipment throughout the commissioning cycle.

You will train customers in operation, work with CLI Engineering on design and testing, and conduct pre-shipment instrument testing. The role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, independent work, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or associate degree plus 5+ years related experience or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Install instruments at customer location (individual or team)
• Train customers in instrument operation
• Collaborate with CLI Engineering on design and testing
• Test instruments prior to shipping
• Troubleshoot manufactured instruments
• Perform maintenance at customer sites
• Coordinate with customers through installation, training and commissioning
