Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Technician to join a growing refrigeration and HVAC team in Texas. You will be deployed across Texas, performing installation, maintenance and repair of large-scale refrigeration and HVAC systems, with regional travel and occasional overnight stays.

You will gain advanced technical certifications (CO2, laser alignment, vibration analysis) through mentorship, with a clear path to Senior Technician and Supervisor for those who excel.

Formación

• Technician with field service experience in industrial refrigeration/HVAC.
• Experience reading technical drawings or service manuals.
• Comfortable working on customer sites with safety compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Cover Texas with field service support, including travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial refrigeration & HVAC systems.
• Perform mechanical/electrical diagnostics and preventive maintenance; document activity.
• Allocate 40 hours per week with overtime potential.
