Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring Field Service Technicians to service and support critical self‑service technology for major retailers and banks. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems across a defined territory, with on‑site and remote support as needed.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical aptitude, customer focus, and willingness to travel; comprehensive training is provided to grow with the company’s service network.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions incl. prolonged travel and variable shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States; 19+ years old; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers professionally focused on resolution.
• Participate in training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
