Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Road Mechanic to service a diverse fleet, performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to minimize downtime. You’ll work on equipment in challenging remote locations and develop a career path toward service or operations management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license (CDL may be required in some locations). We value safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy equipment strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license; CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.

• Work in remote locations while adhering to safety protocols.
