Tusco, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Craft Field Service Technician II for location-based preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of perimeter security equipment. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience and possess strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with multi-craft troubleshooting (mechanical + basic electrical).
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on vehicle barrier systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Repair or replace defective components as needed.
• Respond to service calls and communicate with customers professionally.
• Document service activity and parts usage accurately.
