Tusco, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Craft Field Service Technician II to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of vehicle barrier systems and perimeter security equipment at customer sites across the region.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of hydraulic systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting. Extensive travel, field service duties, and strict safety procedures are part of the job, with opportunities for professional growth within a respected security

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Able to travel overnight/out-of-state.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine service on vehicle barrier systems and security equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical/control systems.
• Repair or replace defective components, including motors and wiring.
• Respond to service calls and resolve equipment issues professionally and promptly.
• Use schematics and manuals to complete diagnostics and repairs.
• Document service activity and parts usage in company systems.
