Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to support large retailers and banks in Lexington, KY. The role involves hands-on service, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.

Qualifications

PC skills and basic electronic skills required.
Ability to perform essential job functions and drive routinely.
Willingness to travel and work rotating/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls.
Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance and system overhauls.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and configurations.
Manage network faults and remote connectivity.
Communicate with customers in a professional manner focused on resolution.
Participate in training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
