Job summary

GLORY is seeking a Field Service Technician to represent the company at client sites across the Chicago area. You will independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service quality for customers.

You will also track and manage parts and tools, stay current with changes to GLORY equipment, and coordinate with customers to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing high-speed cash-handling equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to track parts and tools.
