Job summary

Flogistix Lp is seeking a field service technician responsible for maintaining and servicing natural gas compressor packages in the Midland, TX area. You will build customer relationships, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires mechanical/electrical skills, a valid driver's license, and a customer-focused approach, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains profitable relationships with natural gas producing customers within the defined geographic territory.
• Installs, services, and maintains Company rental fleet compressor packages in the assigned territory.
• Ensures compressor package environmental regulation compliance.
• Reports on new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Performs preventive maintenance and service on compressor packages within a defined territory.
