Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment at restaurant locations across multiple states. The role requires safe vehicle operation, reliable service, and clear communication with kitchen and management staff to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
• EPA Certification Required for Refrigeration Techs.
• Valid Driver’s License and Driving Record that meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel to restaurant locations to diagnose, repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer support and communicate clearly with kitchen and management staff.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and minimize downtime for restaurant operations.
